Greetings and salutations. My name is Vic Bar Wu, and this is Where Are My Keys, a podcast about figuring out life after an adult ADHD diagnosis. One lost item, forgotten appointment, and 50-11 taps open at a time. After spending decades thinking I was scattered, inconsistent, too much, not disciplined enough, or just really bad at being an adult, I found out at 46, wait, that was ADHD. And baby, apparently there was a lot I did not know. So around here, we're talking about late diagnosis, executive dysfunction, dopamine, masking, work, relationships, peramenopause, honey, identity, and all the random ADHD foolishness nobody warned us about. Especially what all of that looks like for women who spent years trying to make themselves fit into systems that were never built with their brains in mind. There will be stories, there will be tangents, and there will absolutely be music. And there is a very strong possibility that at some point I will forget what I was talking about.
